## How the Concierge prompt box works on Home

The **Concierge prompt box** appears at the top of the **For you** section and lets you message Concierge directly from Home.

The box shows today's date and a time-of-day greeting with your first name, such as **Good morning**, **Good afternoon**, or **Good evening**.

To message Concierge from the box:

1. Type your message in the prompt box. The placeholder reads **Ask Concierge to analyze your expenses or get support** on web, or **Ask Concierge anything** on a narrow screen.
2. To attach a file, select the **+** button and choose an attachment.
3. Select **Send** (on web you can also press **Enter**).

The **Send** button stays inactive until you enter a message. After you send, your Concierge chat opens with your message and the prompt box clears.
