Two parts to this commit. If you use an emerald or emerald block, this will generate
the equivalent # of empty bottles to the amount of xp generated.

If you right-click on an enchanting table with EXP_BOTTLES, it will give
the player the XP inside of the bottle, as well as replacing the exp
bottles with empty glass_bottles.

The glass cost was actually intentional, rather than an oversight.
I think would make sense as a configuration option but not as default behaviour.

Ah. Good idea. Sorry, I wasn't aware it was intentional for the default behaviour. I'll set a configuration option for it.

Or you could make a way to recycle the bottles but with the use of a
factory like in civtest.
