Welcome to the wiki for the rstmt crate! This crate is focused on establishing sound interfaces and primitives to sufficiently capture the behavior of musical objects. Truthfully, the motivation for the project is entirely non-musical as I continue refining a harmonic computational substrate resulting in what may look like an odd feature set for the crate. That being said, a fair amount of rigor has been applied throughout the crate enabling users to convert from raw frequencies to pitch classes (and vice versa), create new triads, change the scale of underlying pitch classes, and more.
