(Will eventually be) a collection of small functional programmes made in Python.
Programmes included:
- PDF_translator - takes a pdf in a language other than English, translates it to English and saves the result as a new pdf.
- File_keyword_Search - searches through PDF and Word files in a specified folder and returns those which contain a keyword/key phrase chosen by the user. These files can then be opened externally or saved as shortcuts in a subfolder.
- Text_Correction - extracts text from a PDF and dsiplays it an editable window so that the user can correct any mistakes in the text (particularly useful when the PDF uses text recognition, which can be a bit iffy!). This corrected text can then be saved as a new, separate file, or appended to the original PDF and saved as a copy.
