The wimprates version needed to run this is not published yet, as it's currently being reviewed (see JelleAalbers/wimprates#17). However it's available here: https://github.com/lorenzomag/wimprates |

This PR introduces a first draft of the Migdal source using wimprates to generate the differential rates.
It is dependend on the successful approval of this other PR (for the integration of wimprates to compute differential rates on the fly).
