2 workflows were created using Github Actions: - validate - Triggered by a push to any branch except master - Builds docker image and runs unittests via 'make test' - push - Triggered by a push of any tag of SemVer format - Builds docker image and pushes to ECR on AWS To allow the deploy pipeline to work, an ECR repository named 'helloapp' was created within the AWS region eu-west-2. An IAM account was created, granted permissions and access keys generated with the id and key stored as secrets in the Github repository. Resolves: Task Formlabs#3
