When installing or running the repo's existing lint/test toolchain, this TypeScript 7 bump is outside the supported peer ranges of tools still configured here: @typescript-eslint/* in the lockfile requires typescript >=4.8.4 <6.1.0, and ts-jest requires typescript >=4.3 <7 while jest.config.cjs uses ts-jest and the ESLint configs use @typescript-eslint/parser. I also checked npm ci --dry-run with npm 11.4.2, which reports ERESOLVE peer conflicts for these exact ranges, so clean installs/CI environments with strict peer handling or the current test/lint pipeline can break until those packages are upgraded alongside TypeScript or the compiler stays below 7.
