The quick and dirty way to install this is to do:

wget https://github.com/GFDRR/openrdi/raw/master/scripts/openrdi-install
bash openrdi-install

Below is a guide to develop the site using Vagrant virtual machines:

#0. Install vagrant and fabric
#1. git clone [email protected]:GFDRR/openrdi.git
#2. cd extras; vagrant up
#3. Put your id_rsa and id_rsa.pub file in the extras folder so you can access github.
#4. Modify fabfile.py adding a task to configure your user (check the ariel one for reference)
#5. fab vagrant ariel install
#7. vagrant ssh
