add color system integration for quest editor

text editor buttons: hex color, rainbow, wave, flip, gradient, clear formatting
HSV color picker popup with preset palette and recent colors
gradient continuation across line wraps in quest descriptions
getFormatFromString rewrite to handle both § and & codes
monochrome mode now strips all new color/effect codes (§x, §y, §g, §w, §j and & variants)

requires: GTNewHorizons/Angelica#1669 , GTNewHorizons/GTNHLib#328
