I think this would be good to add as a recipe and agree that in large quantities the cooler cells are a pain because of the number of buckets you need. This would not only fix that but give yet another purpose to the infuser. @GabrielOlvH

Currently, you can only hand-craft cooler cells using buckets, which is a significant pain at a large scale. Hence, an automated method, to minimize such pains.
