This script connects to a local Algorand network, creates two accounts (a creator and a receiver), and funds them with ALGOs. The creator account generates a custom Algorand Standard Asset (ASA). It then performs a group transaction that opts the receiver into the asset, transfers ALGOs between the accounts, and sends a portion of the created asset from the creator to the receiver. Finally, it retrieves and prints the updated asset balances for both accounts.
