PainCare is a website for doctors and patients suffering from chronic pains. It allows patients to fill out a Pain Risk Explanation form to easily identify and treat their symptoms.

The Website was created by Dr Hillel Finestone and 5 engineering students at the University of Ottawa. It can be accessed via this url: https://gio6113.github.io/PainCare and and soon enough on another domain of its own!

To edit the source code you can simply clone this repository or Download as zip (click the green code button). Once code files are on your computer, you can view the website locally by clicking on the index.html file.
