Updating plan's lifecycle is not supported. The lifecycle of plan objects, regulations and propositions might differ from the lifecycle of the plan so we cannot change those automatically.
Previously the lifecycle was forced to the same as plan's. The lifecycle of plan objects, regulations and propositions might differ so set it automatically only if not set already.
