Description
Write test cases to test for mDAI. This PR will consist of additional mock files,Test cases required for testing DMM. It twill also consist of changes in migration scripts and some of the contracts.

How Has This Been Tested?
Testing is still in progress. It will be tested with cases similar to compound protocol cases.
