Integration of the Squish for Android cloud-workstation. Includes the fetching of the Squish for Android installer as well as the automatic installation part during initialization.
Removed the license handling via Jenkins and replaced it with a simple solution that requires the user to provide the URL and license key during setup. This makes the setup much easier to handle and removes the additional steps in Jenkins.

This change adds a cloudworkstation for Squish.
The change and scope is nearly the same as it is for the Android Studio integration.

For testing purposes the license key for Squish can be requested from The Qt Group (please see attached README for more information).
