added Import to save_heterograph in gli/io/graph.py, so that user can directly copy the examples to run directly

Description
I have implemented a GLI bot capable of answering questions based on GLI docs using Langchain.
When an issue comes or a new comment made in PR/issue section, if it starts with "@bot", then GLI bot could answer the question followed.

How Has This Been Tested?
I have tested its functions on my own repository with same file structures.
