Add a port of the Audio Filters (eq) applet.
This also adds
currentTimeandsampleRateaccessors to the processing container and support for dragable makers to the function graph. Further, it switchesaudioworklet-polyfillto a preliminary version in a forked repository which contains a required (even if potentially incomplete) fix for GoogleChromeLabs/audioworklet-polyfill#15.
