Compiled on my computer, totally failed to compile on AppVeyor, even with the two failing lines of hc-import/Program.cs commented out. Going to have to check into it, but since this is not yet production ready code*, it's not priority.

• At a casual glance it looks like the core library is probably good to go, but the wrapper application is all of two lines long and doesn't compile. As noted, I've already commented out those lines as they need deeper amounts of work than I aim to apply to this tool at this time: have to ration my time. I'm open to fixes!
