🎯 What: The testing gap addressed was a missing test case for formatFindingAsMarkdown when passed an invalid or unexpected severity string.

📊 Coverage: Now the happy paths (critical, serious, moderate, minor), missing element, and unexpected severity string are tested.

✨ Result: Test coverage for github integration increased by testing the severity emoji fallback behavior.
