Fixed a bug with the matrix multiplier involving the wrong variable, fixed the tester using the wrong variable, and fix the bounds for creating the matrix being wrong.

Fixed a bug with the matrix multiplier involving the wrong variable, fixed the tester using the wrong variable, and fix the bounds for creating the matrix being wrong. I also added a print matrix method, and created a tester file.
