Prevent crash when package info is not accessible

In some cases, the native code crashes with exception

android.content.pm.PackageManager$NameNotFoundException

Using a try catch logic in appToHashMap that returns a null when this exception is thrown, coupled with a filterNotNull, this does not happen anymore.
