Improve the SSDP search.
Fix panic when closing the app.

• Updated all the libraries
• Changed to new UI library, fltk_rs as Conrod is unmaintained.
• Fix: It didn't always establish/use the saved list of known devices.
• App now remembers size and position.

If the app doesn't find all switches the first time. Try to press the reload button (not clear). It will reload known switches it has saved and then search for more, adding them. There will be an update soon optimizing the process of searching for new switches.

Bugfixes

Version 0.5.0 fixes the following bugs:

• Internal notification server used hard coded port number. Now using OS assigned port.
• Adding/looking for unresponsive WeMo devices could take a long time. Using shorter timeouts.
• Unresponsive WeMo devices now removed from disk cache.
