Update EDITOR permissions, upgrade libsuitecrm#82

As per the new requirements, this updates EDITOR permissions to allow them to set the dataset visibility. The permissions for all roles are not listed out rather than inherited, to make it easier to see which roles have which permissions. Fixes #76.
This will resolve the issue with SuiteCRM escaping characters it shouldn't, resolving #74
