- Changed title from 'Instance Management' to 'Management'
- Added detailed prerequisites for Vault Dedicated plan
- Added Maven and Gradle installation instructions
- Added IAM authentication examples
- Added usage examples for instance details and admin token generation
- Added regional endpoint URLs (us-south, eu-de, jp-tok)
- Added Questions, Issues, Contributing, and License sections
- Follows same structure as regular Secrets Manager SDK
