Upgrade to DerivableInterfaces v0.4

Upgrade to changes to the concatenation code logic made in ITensor/DerivableInterfaces.jl#18.

This also relies on followup PRs ITensor/DerivableInterfaces.jl#32 and ITensor/SparseArraysBase.jl#48.
