Clarified the acronym for IBC in the README.

Honorable idea, but there are wordmarks, trademarks, etc. Recommend to avoid. USA is a very litigious society, need to adapt preemptively. Remember the recent lawfare Bloomberg was on not long ago or still is. The old magyar who owns the place might not even mind, but some C-level lawyer on F-deck has to justify his 300k salary. |

"IBC" is not an acronym, it's just a simple name formed from the first three letters of the name of the project it was forked from ("IBController"). It's not clear to me that 'new users' need any help with this. Nobody has complained abour or queried the name as long as the project has existed. So I don't see any need for this change. |
