Application of NLP Methods for the Analysis of a 5-Year Timeline of Reviews from Queen’s Hospital (Interim Project)
Project Objectives:

Collect reviews from the I Want Great Care website (about Queen’s Hospital, Romford, UK).

Clean and preprocess the data.

Conduct sentiment analysis of the reviews.

Identify key words and emotional adjectives, as well as calculate their absolute and relative frequency.

Extract bigrams containing emotionally charged adjectives for further analysis.
