Add FAQ on upstream sync

https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/blob/main/.github/workflows/merge-upstream.yml merges our main branch to contributors main branch regularly. This fails if workflow files are touched and might confuse contributors.

Maybe, a FAQ helps.

Mandatory checks
