What Changed
Long pending questions can crowd the composer, while approval and user-input requests expand the chat timeline. This puts the active question body in the existing scroll container and renders request events as expandable details.
Independent of the agent-led Playbooks stack.
Why
The scroll container resets when the active question changes. The change is independent of Playbooks and targets j5/main directly.
Validation
Existing pending-input component tests and the web typecheck passed. Formatting and diff checks passed; scoped lint passed with warnings. These checks do not establish visual layout or interaction behavior.
UI Changes
Published as a draft with maintainer approval to defer UI evidence. Before/after screenshots and browser/device verification remain pending; no UI capture was performed.
