Added main analysis files described in the README
Add subdirectory for the myget commands used to obtain each variable used in the analysis.
Add pdf outlining the analysis steps and results so far.
add simulation code.
Update notebook markdown cells to make the structure clearer.

The new subdirectory includes all the code I am using to analyze the nudge events for the coherent edge. I also include a summary pdf document that outlines the procedures and results so far.
