Just a small change here that probably won't affect most people. Someone requested that we bring GPIO 21 & 23 out of retirement and hook them up to L3 & R3, the analog stick buttons. Done!

This .HEX file must be installed on a Teensy LC using the Teensy Loader application. Other Teensy boards, besides being more expensive, lack sufficient current output on the LED pins.
