Reject certificates carrying non-writable SP1 proof versions at gRPC ingress and return a dedicated structured UnsupportedProofVersion error. Rely on agglayer-sp1 policy semantics for the version decision, carry unsupported versions through a typed compat conversion error, and reuse shared typed proof fixtures in grpc tests. --------- Signed-off-by: Simon Paitrault <spaitrault@polygon.technology>
