This PR adds the storage proto conversion boundary for proofs and certificates in `agglayer-storage` without changing live column-family wiring or migration behavior. It introduces typed/domain <-> `agglayer.storage.v0` conversions for proofs, certificates, aggchain data, imported bridge exits, and L1 info tree structures. The proof conversion layer stays structural so readable historical proofs can round-trip without mixing storage policy into serialization.
