This makes settlement storage keys use explicit byte encodings instead of implicit serializer-shaped encodings. It adds shared codec coverage for round-trip behavior, arbitrary byte decode safety, and insta snapshots of the encoded bytes. Fixes #1538
Updates Agglayer interop crates, prover git dependencies, and SP1 to the requested release set. Regenerates the PP and ECDSA SP1 guest ELFs, bumps the PP selector to 14, and refreshes the vkey snapshot. --------- Signed-off-by: Simon Paitrault <spaitrault@polygon.technology>
