First, open 3DSlicer, open a sample MRI example as in the tumor in the example.
Open de SegmentEditor and mark inside and outside spots as in the Figure:
Next, click in the CleverSegmentation icon, then click again in "Initialize" to show a preview of the segmentation.
You can preview the 3D segmentation by clicking on "Show 3D"
If the result is ok you can press "Apply" to generate the final segmentation. Otherwise, the inside/outside annotation can be further improved accordingly.
