This is to test JuliaLang/libuv#41
We can now run these first few tests properly, but windows doesn't like denying things to `Everyone` (The "other" category) that the `Owner` can still access, because we always place the `Deny` entries first in the ACL. We also drop the "inheritance" test because that is incorrect; once we have set the permissions of `fpath`, we have broken the inheritance that it originally had from `subdir`.
