IntentOS is a lightweight, customizable pop-up for habit stacking and reminders — designed to stay visible, frictionless, and out of the way.

This started as a personal tool.

Sticky notes weren’t enough.
Shortcuts helped, but added friction.
AutoHotkey worked — but the system UI felt rigid and uninspiring.

I wanted something simple, customizable, and effortless.

IntentOS appears when you need it and disappears when you don’t — helping you stay intentional during key moments like:
