Bumps to the injector release that fixes templates, K8s-Secret mode, signal, and cloud auth. Updates artifacthub.io/changes. Doc fixes: correct sidecar.* value keys in the README and remove non-existent keeper.security/format and keeper.security/template annotations from NOTES.txt (use the config block); fix the auth-secret -> ksm-config annotation.
