- Implemented `useSmoothScroll` hook to enhance smooth scrolling for anchor links. - Added `smoothScrollTo` function for animated scrolling to target elements. - Handled click events on anchor links to trigger smooth scrolling. - Optimized scroll performance with requestAnimationFrame. - Included cleanup logic to remove event listeners on component unmount.
