This change should be coupled with the bump on jabs-postprocess container in sumner2 config, since these changes aren't compatible with the current container.
Marking it as approve, since I don't think it's necessary to re-review that change.

This PR updates the generate-tables command to match the changes from JABS-postprocess #46.
