Description
This PR is to develop more standard and versitile approaches for running the associated conversion scripts, in particular, it should enable the use of the convertors without the overhead of requiring workspaces and ROS compatibility.
The first commit on this PR is trialing this for the KML_to_TMap script and investigating what additional considerations need to be made. Following commits will first focus on building a cleaner standard approach, using actual argument management, then will go on to extend this functionality to the other associated files, and finally will develop a standard convertor template for enhanced usibility through consistency.
