This pull request adds simple methods to load tabular like files including CSV, TXT and Excel files. In general the methods try to automatically detect the structure of the given file, but there may be some cases where the detection fails and the user has to specify some parameters manually.
Testing
Some basic tests are included in the test_loading.py file in the Tests folder.
