General Protocol At Competition

- Connect computer directly into the RoboRio (ethernet or USB-C).
- Turn on robot.
- Wait to connect, send Code.
- Turn off robot.
- Disconnect USB-C or ethernet cable.
- Disconnect the flashed router from the RoboRio and connect an unflashed router instead. (https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/4485/m/13503/l/144986-programming-your-radio-for-home-use if you have no second router. Keep in mind it must be re-flashed before playing if you do this.)
- Connect through a wired or wireless connection to the unflashed router.
- Turn on robot.
- Wait to connect, send code.
- Turn off robot.
- Disconnect USB-C or ethernet cable if applicable.
- Reconnect flashed router (re-flash router if necessary).
- Maximum of 3 team members on the field.
- Connect computer directly into the RoboRio (ethernet- preferably long cord).
- Turn on robot.
- Wait to connect, activate robot after people give it some space.
- Test what you are their to test.
- Turn off robot
- Disconnect ethernet cable.
- Clear everyone who is non essential from the pits.
- Ensure no one is working on the robot.
- Connect computer directly into the RoboRio (ethernet- preferably long cord).
- Turn on robot.
- Wait to connect, activate robot once people stop touching it and give it space.
- Test your code (Take care when interacting with the robot/don’t interact with the robot).
- Turn off robot
- Disconnect ethernet cable.
