App is broken (https://ledgerhq.atlassian.net/browse/B2CA-2263).

Bonus:

• Remove nanos
• Port Nano NBGL
• Port Apex_P

Thus, this PR fixes:

• pscs_scan doesn't see ledger nano s after update #121
• Stax hungs immediately after opening the application #124
• Ledger Nano S+ crashing when opening openpgp app #125
• Ledger Nano X won't connect or won't send ATR #126
• Protocol T=1 requested but unsupported by the card #127

Happy to see this PR opened, I really enjoyed using my Ledger as my preferred GPG hardware keystore and I'd like to get back to using it as such. I can test this firmware tomorrow when I have a chance.
