docs/V26.0-开发计划.md，包含版本目标/非目标、里程碑、阶段 S1~S6 的小时级任务分解、验收标准、风险与输出物清单以及 Todo 模板。docs/V26.0-需求说明书-v1.0.md，定义产品目标、范围（In/Out）、核心功能需求（F1-F7）、非功能需求与验收口径。docs/project/todo-v26.md，提供 Todo 看板使用规则、S1 启动冲刺任务表、Bug 列表与复盘记录样例以支持日常执行与跟踪。Testing
