fix: resolve CI failures from dependabot dependency upgrades

- Add @testing-library/dom (peer dep of @testing-library/jest-dom v7)
- Add @tailwindcss/postcss and migrate PostCSS/CSS config for Tailwind v4
- Fix pdfjs-dist v6 getDocument() API change (expects { data } object)
- Mock pdfjs-dist in test to avoid DOMMatrix not defined in jsdom

CI is green. Fixes: added @testing-library/dom (jest-dom v7 peer dep), migrated Tailwind v4 PostCSS config, fixed pdfjs-dist v6 API change, mocked pdfjs-dist in tests.
