- Added @streamr/sdk dependency to package.json.
- Implemented Streamr client in a new streamr.ts file for publishing data.
- Modified handleMessage function in mqtt.ts to publish pending transactions to Streamr.
- Updated sendPendingTransactionsToProver function in prover.ts to accept pending transactions as an argument.
- Added getAllTransactionRecords import to mqtt.ts for fetching pending transactions.
