The plugin manifest + README tracked here are the stubs the admin panel reads when listing community plugins. They drifted with the distribution at MCERQUA/openvoiceui-plugins (PR #5 there). Same content, byte-for-byte mirror. The .gitignore at plugins/* allows only plugin.json + README.md through the allowlist; gateway.py and other code intentionally remain untracked here and live in the distribution repo only.
