This PR introduces following features to the
mlstdbtool:<scheme>_info.jsonfile is created containing essential metadata such as scheme name, number of alleles, last updated date, source database, and API endpoint URL. This addition improves traceability and provenance of the schemes.database_version.txtfile now includes a trailing newline character to ensure compatibility with Unix tools and standard text file conventions.
