fix(ui): improve table markdown styling, reduced-motion, escrow status and shared formatting (#257, #258, #259, #261, #262)

Summary

Addresses multiple UI consistency, accessibility, and styling issues across the frontend app:

• BountyDescription has no table styling — remark-gfm enables GFM tables but markdownComponents has no table/th/td override #257 (GFM Table Styling in Markdown): Added custom table, thead, tbody, tr, th, and td component mappings in BountyDescription.tsx with an overflow-x-auto wrapper to prevent wide tables from breaking layout.
• App-wide transitions and hover animations never respect prefers-reduced-motion #258 (prefers-reduced-motion): Added @media (prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) rule in globals.css to respect OS/browser reduced motion preferences globally.
• IssueDetailPage's escrow status label says "Funds locked" for paid, refunded, and expired bounties, even though funds have already left escrow in all three cases #259 (Escrow Status Mapping): Expanded the escrow status mapping on IssueDetailPage to cover terminal states accurately ("Paid out", "Refunded to sponsor", "Expired, unclaimed") rather than showing "Funds locked" for paid/refunded bounties.
• StatCard duplicates formatCurrency's exact locale-formatting logic instead of calling the shared utils.ts helper #261 (StatCard currency format deduplication): Replaced duplicate toLocaleString formatting logic in StatCard.tsx with direct call to formatCurrency(value, asset).
• The deadline countdown text is independently duplicated with inconsistent wording between BountyCard and IssueDetailPage #262 (Consistent Deadline Wording): Centralized deadline text formatting via formatDaysUntil(days) in src/lib/utils.ts and updated both BountyCard and IssueDetailPage to use it consistently.

Validation

• Unit tests added in src/lib/utils.test.ts for formatDaysUntil and passing (38/38 tests passing in utils.test.ts).
• Production build verified with next build (compiled and typed without errors).
